03. Ediths
One of Cuvée’s favorite Mexican restaurants in Los Cabos, Edith’s offers traditional Mexican cuisine in an upscale outdoor palapa setting. Indulge in out-of-this-world fresh seafood while sipping incredible margaritas, all the while taking in the amazing ocean views right in front of you.
04. DOC Wine Bar
DOC is a wine bar and restaurant featuring both Italian and Mexican wines by the glass or bottle, as well as a large selection of upscale Italian dishes. Owner Pietro Gioco and chef Emanuele Oliviero are both native Italians, and the menu is traditional, with outstanding charcuterie, bruschetta and pasta. Our curators rave about the Short Rib Ravioli, Tartufati, and Panna Cotta.
05. Hacienda Cocina y Cantina
This restaurant merges traditional Mexican architecture with casual, beachfront dining to create an elegant, laid back experience. Perched on the most beautiful quarter-mile of beach and overlooking the iconic Land’s End arch, Hacienda is not only visually stunning but also offers an incredible menu accompanied by wine, beer and specialty cocktails.
06. Seared
Conceived by one of our favorite culinary masters, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, who also oversees Eden Rock in St. Barths, Seared is the latest addition to One&Only Palmilla’s culinary prowess. Presenting the finest steaks and freshest seafood alongside Mexico’s most comprehensive wine list, it is a must-visit while in Palmilla. We recommend starting with the chef’s signature Wagyu Beef Tenderloin, and finishing with the Mexican Vanilla Panna Cotta.
07. Suviche
The award-winning menu at Suviche highlights the finest Japanese sushi and a striking selection of Mexican ceviches. Infused with the signature French-Asian influences of reknowned Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, the result is cuisine that transcends any expectations. Our Curators recommend the Hamachi Trufa Maki roll, featuring yellowtail and white truffle, as well as the Watermelon Margarita.
08. Don Sanchez
Don Sanchez Restaurant holds the reputation as one of the area’s hottest and most innovative “contemporary Baja fusion” restaurant concepts. It’s known for its sophisticated atmosphere, flawlessly seasoned fish, seafood and steak, accommodating the tastes of any palate, on any occasion. Cuvée’s favorite part of Don Sanchez is their wine list, which features over 300 international wine labels.
09. Acre

Savor the taste of Chef Kevin Luzande’s dishes created with global influences and local ingredients that evolves with the seasons. The Baja-Style fish tacos will change your life.
10. Agua by Larbi
Located at the iconic One&Only Palmilla, Agua by Larbi is an open-aired, seaside restuarnt with authentic Mexican cuisine. Inspired by his extensive travels throughout Mexico, Moroccan-born Chef Larbi Dahrouch presents a spectacular, seasonally driven menu, with some items changing daily depending on the fresh catch and produce of the day. We reccommend the Red Snapper, “Veracruz Style” or the roasted local sea bass.
