The best travel agents need to experience the destinations and accommodations they are recommending, especially for their favorite clients. Cuvée hosts familiarization tours to get agents accustomed to what sets us apart.
Maynard Zhang, an affiliate of Cadence, describes Cuvée’s passionate Experience Teams after attending an exclusive familiarization tour in Colorado. As an agent that is used to dealing with very high-end clients with unique requests, Maynard knows he can trust that Cuvée will deliver the level of service that his clients expect. He explained how travel advisors can have a hard time trusting a partner to provide the right level of service.
“When in Aspen, we were scheduled to bike to Maroon Bells, but when rainy weather rolled in, Cuvée’s Aspen team pivoted and had a local artist on speed dial. Within 20 minutes Cuvée had easels, mimosas, and acrylic paint to paint the Maroon Bells with instruction from a local Aspen artist.”
Cuvée’s hosts have entrenched relationships in the local communities, securing impossible food and entertainment access and showing off the local favorites.
The last stop on the familiarization trips was Cuvée’s private Triple C Ranch in Silverthorne. Maynard described the ranch as an authentic, private western getaway that is unique to Cuvée. Triple C Ranch is set on 250 acres of private land and the accommodations are separated by two lodges, holding up to 20 guests. The ranch experience is completely personalized for your client with a variety of offerings from horseback riding, ATV adventures, fly fishing, culinary experiences, and more. Maynard’s favorite unforgettable moment was simply sitting on the mountain view porch with a glass of wine, taking in the surrounding nature.
After experiencing Cuvée’s ultra-luxury homes and services in Aspen, Vail, Beaver Creek, and their newly onboarded Triple C Ranch, Maynard realized Cuvée is in a league of their own.
