Day 1: Welcome Fresh Catch Dinner by Chef Antonio
On night one, Antonio will show off his flair for seafood artistry with a freshly caught Baja dinner that starts with his famous Hamachi, infused with bright oranges and tantalizing soy-soaked jalapenos.
Day 2: A Private Taqueria Tour of Cabo San Lucas Hidden Gems
On day two, you’ll spend the day poolside as you prepare for one of our favorite Cabo sojourns, as Antonio takes you on a mouthwatering tacos and tequila tour of the hidden taqueria gems of Cabo San Lucas, to experience some of the best restaurants in Cabo.
Day 3: Tapas & Mezcal Magic Night
Mezcal Magic and Antonio’s famed tapas pairings are on tap for night three: Our Cuvée certified Mezcal expert, Jorge, illustratively explains the step-by step production process behind this fabled regional agave spirit and you’ll sample from our own special library of organic Mezcal, paired with taste after taste of Antonio’s tapas-style dishes.
Day 4: Dinner at Cabo’s Famed Flora Farms
You’ll head to Flora Farms on night four, a 25-acre organic working farm and coveted restaurant in the foothills of the Sierras. Savor farm fresh produce and infused cocktails in an outdoor setting beloved by all, at one of the best restaurants in Cabo.
Day 5: A Blissful Baja Beachfront Dinner Under The Stars
And the grand finale is a mix of culinary magic and an ethos of artistry. Our Cuvée team pulls out all the stops for a beachfront tasting menu under the canopy of Cabo’s starry skies. Inspired by the authenticity and culture of the Baja, you’ll delight in every last bite and sip.
