Since he was old enough to pick up a pan, Chef Jordan Goncharoff has been passionate about food. For over twenty years he has been cooking and serving people in restaurants and hotels all over the country, including New York City, Seattle, Nantucket and Boston. For the last ten years, the Vail Valley has been his home, where he’s fallen in love with the majestic mountains, the convivial people of the area, and all of the exciting activities that the Vail Valley offers.
Jordan shares his love for the mountains with his wonderful wife Sandra and new daughter Avalynn. As one of our talented and much-lauded private Cuvée chefs, he fosters culinary delights for all to taste and has dedicated his passions to putting Rocky Mountain Cuisine on the map by favoring Colorado farms and ranches. Using local ingredients, the delicious Rocky Mountain flavors shine through in each of his dishes.
