Courtney & Hunter’s Wedding, August 2018
Cuvée was lucky enough to play host to Courtney’s family at Arrabelle Chalet when she and Hunter tied the knot at the top of the 10th Vail in August 2018.
Vail’s incredible beauty was on full display that weekend with impeccable weather, gorgeous views, and of course, the love between the newlyweds and their families.
The 10th Vail
Courtney and Hunter’s wedding guests boarded Gondola One from Vail Village straight to the top of the mountain.
From there they witnessed the couple say “I do” paired with spectacular views of the Gore Range, in the gorgeous setting of the 10th Restaurant. With an outdoor ceremony on the 10th’s wedding deck with the Rocky Mountain vista as their backdrop, the ceremony was officiated by Courtney’s brother and was filled with humor and personalized touches.
Vail Village
Courtney and Hunter chose Vail Square as their “first look” location and strolled through the village’s cobblestone streets with their families before heading up the Gondola to say their “I do’s.”
The Design
Décor, florals, and the overall wedding design was the work of Go Bella, a Colorado wedding planning company specializing in mountaintop weddings and bespoke design.
Go Bella incorporated heavy greenery, repurposed wood and ironwork, hanging lights, and blush accents to give the celebration a mountain chic appeal.
Homebase
Courtney’s family selected Cuvée’s Arrabelle Chalet as their home base. In the center of Lionshead Village with a wraparound terrace in view of the mountains and five bedrooms for the whole family (plus, the 92-year old grandmother-turned-flower-girl), the luxe modern retreat was the ideal location for gathering and celebrating such a special occasion.
