Napili Cove sits above the clear blue waters of a quiet cove in Napili, Maui. Offering two bedrooms and a wall of windows that flood the contemporary home with crisp Hawaiian light, Napili Cove is designed to bring the tropical landscape into the home like a sprawling, vivid mural that is on view from almost every room. Enjoy outdoor living on the villa’s decks, which are strategically positioned to take in the stunning views of the ocean and the Hawaiian island of Molokai, shimmering in the distance. The decks come complete with cushy lounge chairs for relaxation and grill and dining area for preparing and serving meals alfresco!

The Space, Cuvée-Style

The interior of the home features clean lines and an open floor plan, and its white walls are adorned with beautiful artwork that gives the home a gallery-like feel. The villa is tastefully furnished, with bold accent pieces, which play off the natural colors found in the lush tropical landscape that surrounds the home. Gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout the villa adds to its charm, as does the natural wood detailing found on exposed beams. Stylish wood furniture adds warmth and charm to the otherwise clean, contemporary space.

Preparing meals in the chef’s kitchen is a joy, with state-of-the-art, stainless-steel appliances. An open plan allows cooks and guests to socialize, while the breakfast bar and six-person dining table allow for comfortable dining. Again, the stunning tropical vistas and blue Hawaiian waters serve as the backdrop for almost every room.
The two bedrooms are located upstairs and boast the same wood detailing that is the villa’s design hallmark. The floors and ceilings are made with warm woods, making the spaces feel at once cozy and refined. Both bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, have private en-suite baths, offer private balconies with seating overlooking the cove, and have ceiling fans and wet bars! The villa accommodates up to four guests. The home is equipped with a Bose sound system and iPod docking station so you can play your own tunes with ease! Napili Cove also has access to a fabulous nearby private community pool.

Whether you’re on a dinner cruise, partaking in a lively luau, or trekking up Haleakala, the unforgettable Maui sunset will leave a lasting impression. At sea level, summer temperatures range from 85–90 °F (29–32 °C), while in winter, highs reach 79–83 °F (26–28 °C). At higher altitudes, temperatures drop significantly, with winter snowfall being common.
